Shipping is a flat €7.50. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days — slightly longer during launches and campaigns.
• Delivery times vary by location and shipping method, and are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation.
• Once dispatched, you receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please double-check your address at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details.
• Uncollected parcels returned to us may be charged a handling and return shipping fee.
• If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos of the packaging and products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Riad product(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original outer packaging, which must remain sealed and unopened.
• Choose sturdy packaging for your return so nothing is damaged in transit.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to process.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer.

Every full-size perfume can be ordered with a free 3 ml tester, so you can try the scent before opening the bottle.

• Tick “Risk-free order” on the product page and the matching 3 ml tester is added to your bag at no cost.
• Try the tester first. If the perfume is not for you, return the full bottle within 14 days of delivery.
• The full-size bottle must be unused with its seal unbroken and in its original outer packaging.
• The free tester is yours to keep and is never deducted from your refund.
• A free tester does not issue a tester gift card — that applies to testers bought on their own.

All personal information is handled with the utmost care. We never sell your data, and we only share it when it is necessary to deliver your order or the service you asked for.

• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by writing to info@riadcosmetics.com.
• You have the right to know what we store about you, and to have it corrected or deleted — just ask by email.
• Cookies are used to remember your settings and for statistics. You can block them in your browser, but the shop needs them to work.
• Card payments are subject to validation checks, and we may delay an order if further security checks are needed.
